Q: Do I have to have a Pay Pal account in order to make a purchase on your site?

A: No, you can pay by credit card. If you have previously used Pay Pal, our site will
automatically take you to Pay Pal's site when making a purchase.


Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive to my house?

A: 3-9 business days (see map on the shipping & returns page), depending on your location. This excludes major holidays, as well as in-climate weather that would prevent safe travel for our drivers, USPS, and UPS; i.e.: hurricanes, flooding, etc

Q: What if I need to return the item?

A: We accept returns if you are unhappy with a product. There is a 10% re-stocking fee and we are unable to refund shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns on pet foods and snacks, so please choose edible foods with caution.

A: Email us your website link and company logo and let us know. We are currently
working on creating a vendor page and we are collecting company logos.
