Shipping and Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Food, Treats or any edible items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All original shipping materials must be retained including any packaging material.

Please note that our shipping charges may change from time to time due to errors beyond our control, ie: shipping calculator errors on heavy/large items not properly calculated to actual weight/size of item.
